Privacy Policy

Last updated July 1, 2026

This policy explains what information nasarai.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum and don’t sell it.

Who we are

Nasarai is an operator-led AI advisory and operating practice based in New York, NY, United States. For any privacy question, email julie@nasarai.com.

What we collect

  • Analytics & usage data. When you visit, we collect anonymous usage data, pages viewed, sessions, scroll depth, clicks and events, plus general device information such as browser/user-agent, language, and screen size. We store a random anonymous identifier in your browser’s local storage to distinguish sessions. This is not linked to your identity unless you contact us.
  • Information you give us. If you request a diagnostic or subscribe to updates, we collect what you submit, typically your name, work email, and any optional context you add.

Cookies & local storage

We use a small amount of first-party local storage for anonymous analytics (described above). Our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish humans from bots. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings.

How we use it

  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To respond to diagnostic requests and messages, and to send updates you asked for.
  • To keep the site secure and operating reliably.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use a small set of service providers to run the site: our website platform and analytics provider (Ploy), our hosting/CDN and security provider (Cloudflare), and our email provider for replies. Form submissions are stored by the platform and emailed to us. Links or embeds to YouTube are governed by Google’s privacy policy once you click through.

How long we keep it

We keep analytics data only as long as useful for understanding site performance, and we keep messages and requests you send for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email julie@nasarai.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above.
