Who we are

Nasarai is an AI advisory and operating practice. Questions about privacy go to julie@nasarai.com.

What we collect

Forms. When you send a form on this site (the newsletter, a reframe call request, coach early access or a client introduction), we collect what you enter: your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us.

Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

We don't use advertising trackers or cross-site tracking.

Cookies and storage

This site doesn't set cookies for analytics or advertising. The Human and Agent switch is kept in the page address, not in a cookie.

How we use it

To reply to your requests and messages, send the newsletter you asked for, arrange calls you request, and keep the site secure and reliable.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run the site and reply to you: Vercel (hosting), our email provider, the tool that sends the newsletter, and the scheduling tool you use to book a call. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Links to LinkedIn and YouTube are governed by those companies' policies once you follow them.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and messages as long as we need them to follow up and keep records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EU and UK, and the CCPA and CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to julie@nasarai.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top changes.
